2015 Nissan Pathfinder : Current Models

It has been two years since Nissan redesigned the popular Pathfinder, and the company is introducing a few changes to SUV for the 2015 model year. The 2015 Pathfinder is on sale now, and Nissan has also announced pricing for the updated model just a couple days ago.

New for the 2015 Pathfinder SL and Platinum are Blind Sport Warning and Rear Cross Traffic alert systems. The SL Premium Package also receives the Around View Monitor and navigation system as standard equipment. Nissan has also added the Family Entertainment package, which consists of dual 7-inch DVD screens for the front headrests.

The lower SV trim level gets fog lights, auto dimming rearview mirrors with HomeLink universal transceiver, and heated side rearview mirrors as standard equipment, while the upmarket SL trim level receives a 120V power outlet.

The Platinum trim level for two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models also gets a Dual Panorama Moonroof as standard equipment.

Nissan has added hill descent control to four-wheel drive models in addition to an enhanced version of D-Step Shift Logic to the standard Xtronic transmission -- the software makes the CVT behave more like a conventional automatic transmission by adding a "gearchange" feel.
