2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro : Current Models

The off-road-ready 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Series will hit dealerships later this month with a sticker price starting at $42,385. We think that’s a small price to pay for a pickup that will rip through the desert unimpeded while also tackling the rigors of everyday driving.

Upgrades on the TRD Pro include a front skid plate, TRD-tuned springs with a 2-inch lift, a decreased spring rate to improve ride quality over tough terrain, 18-inch black TRD wheels and a TRD dual exhaust. The TRD Pro comes standard with Toyota’s 381-hp, 401-lb-ft 5.7-liter V8.

Surface upgrades consist of a vintage-look Toyota grille, TRD floor mats and shift knobs, halogen headlights with black bezels, unique seat color with red stitching and a TRD instrument panel.

The Pro Double Cab starts at $42,385; the Pro CrewMax starts at $45,000, including $1,100 destination and handling.

For comparison, the 411-hp Ford SVT Raptor starts at $44,995.
